Surveillance materials redacted from officially filed summary reports. These contents are for DIRECTOR'S EYES ONLY. Surveillance subjects are special agent Donovan Creedy and Hannah Paulson. Mrs. Paulson, a naturalized citizen of Scottish nationality, is an aspiring writer and the wife of Professor Richard Paulson, who is a suborned asset of Agent Creedy's. Mr. Paulson is being utilized by Agent Creedy in the director approved anti-Hemingway gambit hereafter referred to as "Operation Sun Also Sets." Several of the redacted documents also include surveillance of noted crime novelist and screenwriter Hector Mason Lassiter, a longtime Hemingway friend.
